Welcome to BSNL, CENTRAL & STATE GOVT. IT/BT EMPLOYEES (WORKING & RETIRED) HOUSE BUILDING CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY LTD. Our society is formed in the year 2012 and registered as “JRB/RGN/24/ 4177/2012-13”. In our housing society's premises are formed as per relevant laws for smooth functioning of utilities and other amenities provided to customers. We have a Team with voluminous Experience in developing layouts & providing solutions for home needs.
We have launched projects with well planned layouts with the following amenities:
- Underground water supplying lines.
- Sewerage lines.
- Overhead and underground electrical lines.
- Overhead water tanks.
- Septic tank will be provided to the layout.
- Planting of trees on both sides of the roads.
- Necessary CA area, park area will be provided to the layout.
- Entire work will be executed as per the concerned authorities, norms and specifications.

The Managing Committee takes care of the affairs of the Housing Society like appointment of service providers, maintenance of Society premises, solving member's grievances, maintenance of books of accounts and taking care of safety and security.
